Here are some gorgeous images from NYC-based Goatmilk‘s spring 2014 campaign. The collection is full of lovingly crafted clothes for babies and kids (…and the occasional dog) that are understated and simple yet still sophisticated and elegant. “Inspired by European classics, we allowed form to follow function and quality to be the foundation on which we build,” the designers explain on the brand’s website. Neutral colors and black and white stripes make up most of the collection, but the occasional pointelle detailing, ribbed cotton, or tartan print keeps things modern.  As an added bonus, all of Goatmilk’s pieces are made from 100% organic cotton – emphasizing the brand’s commitment to both the environment and those who manufacture the clothes. Simplicity has never looked as beautiful as it does in Just Bo‘s collection of minimalistic essentials. Made in Holland by designer Geraldine Kol (who is also the founder of online boutique Born2Bseen), the line of baby and children’s clothing seamlessly bridges practicality and style to create a collection of unisex basics that are timeless yet stylish, cool yet wearable. Each piece is made from butter soft fabrics and, because they are all made in neutral colors, super versatile. Many of the items also have a bit of an edge to them as well – baggy harem pants, sweatshirts with raw hems, and slouchy beanies - to keep them for becoming too basic. Shop the line’s current collection (and get a sneak peek of what’s to come for Spring) here.
